On Friday, November 6, 2020, the Boone County Bar Association will present a full day of Continuing Legal Eduction seminar. This year’s presentation will be hosted virtually, and will feature the following topics and speakers:

• Criminal Law Update: Todd Sallee of Sallee Law LLC;

• Family Law Update: Jennifer Hostetter and Erin Connell of Connell Michael Kerr LLC;

• Probate, Guardianships, and Estates: Ann Schneider and Dan Taylor of Taylor, Chad, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter, P.C.;

• Ethics and the Affects of Covid-19: James Bell of Paganelli Law Group;

• “My Last Twelve (12) Months on the Supreme Court:” Hon. Steven H. David of The Indiana Supreme Court; and

• News From the Boone County Bench: Hon. Lori Schein of the Boone County Circuit Court, Hon. Matthew Kincaid of Boone County Superior Court 1, and Hon. Bruce Petit of Boone County Superior Court 2.

This program includes 6 hours of CLE (including 1 hour of Ethics), electronic materials, and a Q&A with the speakers (time permitting). The BCBA will not provide any printed materials. All materials will be provided electronically prior to the CLE. Please download your materials in advance and follow along during the CLE.
