• Social Media Evidence: Stephen M. Terrell of Terrell Law Office;

• JLAP 101 (Ethics): Justice Steven David of the Indiana Supreme Court and Loretta Oleskey from the Judges & Lawyers Assistance Program; and

• News From the Bench: Hon. Lori Schein of the Boone County Circuit Court, Hon. Matthew Kinkaid of Boone County Superior Court 1, and Hon. Bruce Petit of Boone County Superior Court 2.

The cost includes 6 hours of CLE (including 1 hour of Ethics), Coffee, Titus Donuts, Lunch, and electronic materials. The BCBA will not provide any printed materials. All materials will be provided electronically prior to the CLE. Please print your materials in advance and bring then with you if you want to refer to them during the CLE.

Active Members of BCBA may register for this CLE immediately. Registration will open up to the general public on September 30, 2019. Registration space is limited, so get your registration in today to save your spot.

• Cost for non BCBA members is $100.00

Registration is due by October 28, 2019. Registration after October 28, 2019 is $125 regardless of membership status and is only open on a space available basis.

• The presentation is pre-approved for 1.5 hours of CLE.
